Tart Ale

This kettle sour is named after the Barn Owl (Tyto alba), an Indiana State-endangered species and brewed in honor of our event April 29, 2017, 4-8pm, with Indiana Department of Natural Resources (DNR) to support their efforts to save endangered species in Indiana. Soured in the kettle, this tart ale has been infused with strawberry and Pink Himalayan Salt to provide an additional layer of sophistication and delicious fruit flavor!

Triton Brewing will donate 10% of the sales for the 29th to help support saving this wonderful bird and other threatened species in Indiana.
