Part of our Waitin’ On Wood Series, this Belgian-style Pale Ale has been soured with lactobacillus acidophilus, aged 11+ (eleven) months in a Heaven Hill Barrel over lemon, lime, grapefruit, orange and tangerine fruit purees, and then conditioned with the all 5 (five) fruit zests!
